"EuroMBE 2019 continues the series of biannual meetings of the European MBE community. The workshop brings together experienced and young scientists from Europe and beyond in an informal and friendly atmosphere. It is organized by the Paul-Drude-Institut to provide a unique opportunity for the presentation and open discussion of latest results.
Topics are epitaxy of conventional semiconductors and hybrid structures, novel materials, nanostructures, new trends on MBE growth, modelling of growth, devices and innovative technologies.
