Crucible liner CRL serve as material container for electron beam evaporators. Materials used in MBE applications have different requirements concerning evaporation temperatures and chemistry. Therefore different suitable crucible liner materials can be applied. Crucible liner are characterized by their loading volume. They are designed to match the evaporation temperature and the e-beam evaporator geometry. We offer a wide range of different crucible liner materials as well as different shapes and sizes. They are avaliable for hearth sizes from 4-1000 cc.
Crucible Targets CRT serve as evaporation materials for electron beam evaporators. They are made of high purity silicon and are avaliable in different sizes.
