Thermal effusion source from Veeco Inc. for Group III evaporation in MBE with
a specially shaped crucible. It exhibits a cylindrical reservoir for large with a small tapered orifice.
Our solution to this is a cylindrical reservoir crucible with a removeable beam shaping insert.
This offers a low cost crucible and easy material load with otherwise similar characteristics.
